"God Created"
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Genesis 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Genesis 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
Genesis 1:4 And God saw the light, that [it was] good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
As I read these scriptures, the two words "God created" came to my attention. "God created" how often do we question our new creation in Christ Jesus, or the evidence of our new birth? This doubt can be brought about by our fleshly endeavors or brought about by our or another persons perceived weakness.
Yet, if we consider "God created " we see that creation started without form, and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
We too have a well of water within us that God moves upon. You are spiritually being renewed (made new) daily. Just as in the beginning, the evidence of a new world was a process, there were six days of creation. Your walk in and with Christ Jesus is a process also. Jesus is God's word in the flesh. That Word now lives in you after your new birth and is daily creating His image in you. God divided the light from the darkness by speaking His word. You are His, agree with Him, speak His Word, obey Him, allow Him access to every part of His creation.
2 Corinthians 4:16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward [man] is renewed day by day.
*Consider...Selah the moment of your new creation in Christ Jesus. You were in darkness and God moved upon you and gave you the Light of the world. You are a new creation. Do not despair if you do not see the completed work. You will. He does.
God has done all things well, you are no exception. He has promised that He will complete that which He started in you.
Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform [it] until the day of Jesus Christ:
Remember in the beginning...God.
In the end...God.
He is the Alpha and Omega.
Revelation 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
John 4:14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
Colossians 3:10 And have put on the new [man], which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
