Recently, I enjoyed several songs by The David Crowder Band.  Two of the songs in particular reminded me of one of my Art Parables.  The Art Parable is called "God Sees Us Naked" .

The songs were "How He Loves You"  and "Come As You Are" .  Click on the names of the songs to listen to them.

There is so much more that God desires for you that the human finite mind finds hard to grasp.  Yet, still He calls to you.  Open your arms and your heart and receive Him.  God sees you just as you are and all that you can be in Christ. "God sees you naked'/ uncovered.  You can "come as you are" because "how He loves you".

C.S. Lewis wrote, 'Indeed, if we consider the unblushing promises of reward...promised in the Gospels, it would seem that our Lord finds our desires, not too strong, but too weak.  We are halfhearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by an offer of a holiday at the sea.  We are far too easily pleased."

There is so much more.

Great quote from John C. Maxwell
"It is our responsibility to recognize God's timing, not to change it."
