So I was reading 1 Timothy 5 this morning and got schooled on some daily behavior tips.  The chapter starts with relationship boundaries. Note I didn't say relationship advice.  Advice tends to be followed by those who agree with the advise given. God's word is a stated, intended boundary for daily life and living behavior. So with this train of thought I checked the definition for the word 'boundary.' Boundary : a line that marks the limit of an area; a dividing line. A limit of a subject or sphere of activity. We are surrounded by those who require respect in our daily dealings.  Give honor to those to whom honor is due.  Don't be a busy body, take care of your business at home and abroad. The verse that grabbed my attention was... 1 Timothy 5:21  I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality. A few months ago I purchased an NKJV of the bible.  It is called  The Maxwell Leadership Bible, Lessons in Leadership from the Word of God by John C. Maxwell. I normally study and read from a King James Version of the bible, but occasionally will use the NIV also.  The reason I bought the Leadership version is because I have watched John be interviewed many times and have been blessed by his insight of leadership principles.  I have not read all his comments included in this bible yet, but I am reading them along with areas that I am studying at the moment.  So far I have been blessed by the notes I have read so I thought I would post for anyone who would like to check it out. At times it can seem impossible to forgive someone and yet for our well being it is required.  Some things are so painful it is difficult to even momentarily consider the thought of forgiveness, yet God is quite specific in His instructions.  Healing of our mind and emotions are usually a process- a process of  obedience to God's way not our own way.
